This workshop is for anyone who needs some guidance, support, and accountability to start or deepen their mindful meditation practice. Based in Buddhist psychology, you will learn how to create space for all of your emotions, experiences, sensations, and thoughts, in a way that heals suffering and generates happiness.
Bring your yoga mat for gentle movement to prepare for meditation, plus any props that you need to sit comfortably and for the supported savasana set up of your choice. We’ll open with movement, follow with meditation & discussion, and close with a healing sound bath.
This workshop also includes an optional virtual check in on Saturday, September 24.
