In this workshop, you’ll experience a guided session of TRE trembling (Trauma Release Exercises). You’ll learn the hows and whys of this simple yet powerful practice, adding it to your self-care and healing toolkit.
Bring your yoga mat to practice asana, plus any props that you need to sit comfortably for discussion and for the supported savasana set up of your choice. We’ll open with movement to warm up the body for TRE, follow with meditation & discussion, and close with a healing sound bath.
